Option One: Payment in Full*
$57,060.00* due upon enrollment.

*5% discount on annual tuition if paid in full by the first day of enrollment. Each additional month is $4,900.00 and due the first day of the month. The $57,060 includes the $1,200 enrollment fee.

Option Two: Phase Payments
$20,800.00 due upon enrollment.**

$19,600.00 due the first day of the fifth month.

$19,600.00 due the first day of the ninth month.

**The $20,800 includes the $1,200 enrollment fee.

Tuition includes:

1. Room and Board
2. Individual Development Plan
3. Therapeutic Services (including; mentorship, groups, crisis intervention, anger management, personal growth, peer counseling, assessment and planning for additional services)
4. Life Skills Development
5. Non-University Course Work and Computer Lab
6. Vocational Education
7. Internship
8. Program Adventure Trips and Cultural Activities
9. Transportation to and from Ranch Activities

(Tuition does not include: State High School Diploma, College Courses, Drug Testing, Psychiatrist, Outsourced Counseling and Therapy Services, Medical Expenses, Special Wilderness Trips, and Non-Specific Incidentals)

Students are responsible for any and all damages to Sommerville Young Adult Community property. Repair or replacement cost will be deducted from their student account.
